Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

 

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Unopened, factory-sealed DVDs: Can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason (buyer pays return shipping).
  • Damaged DVDs, defective or non-working DVDs, or wrong item received: If you provide proof (photo or video), you do not need to return the item. We will issue a full refund or reshipment at no cost to you.

 

Return Window

  • 30 days: Unopened DVDs (no reason return).
  • 180 days: Extended support — if your DVD becomes damaged or unusable within 180 days, we’ll still do our best to help with a replacement or store credit.

 

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened DVDs returned without a valid issue (e.g., change of mind after opening).
  • Subtitle availability or playback region mismatch (unless clearly incorrect from listing).
  • Packages marked as delivered by carrier but claimed as not received (unless evidence suggests loss).

  • Description of the problem
  • Photo or video proof if applicable

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds usually take up to 5 business days to process.
