Love all of the Indiana Jones movies. Bought this for my husband and it arrived when it said it would, great price and no complaints!

It was great to see that 4 of the 5 Indiana Jones movies are available in this package. I was hoping for all 5 to be available, but it's ok. The packaging is beautiful and even comes with an extra disc loaded with the 'making of' features. This is definately for the Indiana Jones collector. It's a treasure!

This is a nice compact set in a fun book format. The cinematography of these films is so amazing and the quality of these DVDs is possibly better than I remember. Haven’t looked at any of the "extras" yet.

With almost two thousand reviewers ahead of me there cannot be anything truly new to add, so this is just some personal comments.
At one point in his career, Harrison Ford had starred in 7 of the top 10 grossing films of all time! (Of course, that's a moving target--but still an amazing fact!) And three of those films were the first, second, and third Indiana Jones movies.

How culturally ubiquitous is this film set?
* When I tried on a certain hat my wife compared me to Indiana Jones!
* When a person looks at food and says "chilled monkey brains," you know exactly where they stand.
* "Snakes. Why'd it have to be snakes?"
* "He chose...poorly."
* "You have chosen...wisely."
* "No ticket."
* "X never ever marks the spot."

I always enjoyed the chemistry between Harrison Ford and Karen Allen in the first movie, so I was delighted with the fourth movie (Crystal Skull). People grumble about sequels being not-so-great but I enjoyed the Ford/Allen reunion.

And on the subject of sequels-being-not-so-great, the all time proof that this "rule" is not a rule is the LAST CRUSADE. I think it is at least as good as RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, and then Sean Connery kicks it up a notch.

Finally, THANK YOU to all involved with all four movies. I have had many years of enjoyment.
