    Although a few minor glitches in early episodes, acting, story lines, production from the very beginning excellent...no wonder it continued for 20 years!

    Great box set as described brand new nothing wrong great packaging love the episode book wish I bought it years ago getting harder to find on TV so I bought the whole series now my next spot will be the whole seasons of SUV law & order I'm not sorry I bought this set well worth the money and the pictures not that bad either for being analog to digital seller sent it out real quick got it in 3 days

    Very nice set in a beautiful set that makes sense!

    Too often these days you get DVDs in case that is meant not to work. That is not true for this 20 year series. Each of the 20 years have their own case and the cases are designed to be reusable. That is not true for many of the other cases I've been stuck with on a purchase. I RECOMMEND THIS PACKAGE - GREAT SERIES - GREAT CASE!!

    Not all DVDs work

    I’ve had this product since April 2023. I’ve watched the first 13 seasons with no problems. Starting with season 14 many of the DVDs won’t play. I’m using the same DVD player I watched the first 13 seasons on. Have contacted the seller, but no reply yet.

    Seller responded and replaced the DVDs that didn’t play. They also would not play. Seller refunded the purchase price (part cash, part credit). No hassle from seller.
