Quality Television

The whole series is testament to quality television. It has taken on the history of the Royal Family of England during around World War II to present day. It is a must see program.

The series is finally over.

Hard to criticize this last installment. Tired of Diana. A bit of the fanciful or supernatural--why? But for that reason I can accept the conclusion graciously. Because it closes respectfully to the Queen. Because she was only human, like the rest of us, but, as an icon, had to be ""superhuman.""
