Prequel to The Hunger Games series

I loved the Hunger Games so much, the books and the movies. I remember sitting in a cafeteria, reading the 4th book, and crying my eyes out. Pride? What pride? I obviously have none! Anyway, this book is a prequel. It is the story of Woody Harrelson's character's game. Very interesting. I loved the back story.
